As a web developer, I have come across all types of hosting companies, from the ridiculous all the way up to the best. With this in mind, and a wealth of experience, the highest praise I can give a hosting company is to say that I use them myself, as well as having 3 of my biggest clients hosted with Fido to boot.

The support has always been friendly, helpful and timely (regardless of time of day), and the servers are excellent value for money. One of my clients was with a supposedly reputable company for 12 months, where the server needed rebooting every 18 hours due to crashes.
